Which payment methods do you take
Visa and Mastercard on the site, bank transfer to our Commercial Bank account, or cash when the courier hands the parcel over. Cash on delivery is capped at Rs 20,000.
Can I return something
Food that has been opened cannot come back, but if a tin arrives damaged, the seal is broken, or the blend smells flat, send us a photo within three days and we replace it or refund it. No forms.
Still stuck
Send us the order number and what went wrong. We answer within one working day.
